ABOUT SATVAN YOGA

Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga School in Goa, India

There is no greater good without inner goodness. Goodness in one’s thoughts, diet, routine, habits, approach, speech, and actions leads to a good life. Society and the world will veer towards goodness, only when an individual enjoys the goodness of mental and physical health. But then how does one tap into the goodness within? The answer lies in an ancient Indian practice that is a panacea to modern lifestyle-related issues – Yoga. Rooted in tradition, but based on reality, Satvan Yoga guides you to tap into your own goodness and empowers you to face any challenges that life throws at you. Hence Satvan Yoga is ‘a union with integrity.’

The day he finished the 21-day experiential program, he knew he wanted to pursue a teacher training program. He pursued it formally and finished the 1 Month TTC(200 Hours). He then discovered how much more there was to yoga than just its physical aspect. His search continued for more knowledge which led him to pursue the advanced 7 months TTC(900 Hours). As he studied the subject more, he realized that Yoga philosophy and his own thoughts had many things in common and he decided to continue studying the subject. He really enjoyed the process of learning. He made a decision to learn the art and science of Yoga and to teach the same to others. He finally quit his other work and decided to make Yoga teaching a full time career. Since 2015 he has spent most of his time teaching and Sharing the benefits of the ancient science of Yoga.
